About The Position
The Simplot Company is a diverse, privately held global food and agriculture company headquartered in Boise, Idaho. We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture. This role is responsible for performing greasing, oiling and fueling of all mobile equipment, including: D10 dozers, 785 haul trucks, Hitachi shovels, Cat front end loaders, Cat and Atlas copco blast hole drills and medium duty support equipment. The Lubricator is a member of a team, which includes an Oiler partner, Mechanics, Electrician and Maintenance crew supervisor, This role reports to the Crew Supervisor, Lubrication planner and Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
- Experience driving a standard and/or manual transmission vehicle.
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in a manner to successfully perform the job duties.
- Must supply own tools, a tool list will be provided if successful.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical experience helpful.
- CDL driver license helpful
- Computer data entry skills helpful
Responsibilities
- Grease, change, top off fluids and fuel all mobile and tracked equipment and stationary generators.
- Top off and maintain lube and fuel trucks.
- Clean and maintain lube stations and trucks.
- Take clean oil samples.
