Requirements

  • A valid CDL Class A or B license with HazMat and Tanker endorsements (no automatic restrictions).
  • Proven air brake skills (test required for all vehicles equipped with air brakes).
  • Clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check.
  • Complete a “Fit for Work” physical prior to employment.
  • Provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration form.
  • Show up on time, every time, with a professional and courteous attitude towards teammates, supervisors, and the public.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and actively promote a safe workplace.
  • Wear proper PPE in all designated operations and production areas.
  • Bring a collaborative spirit and a willingness to step up and support the team.

  • Previous experience in construction or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate fuel, grease, and oil trucks efficiently and safely to maintain the lifeblood of our equipment fleet.
  • Lubricate moving parts and critical surfaces of heavy machinery as assigned, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Utilize pressure greasing equipment and adhere to best practices for preventive maintenance.
  • Keep vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and in top condition.
  • Perform additional tasks such as changing filters, oil, and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Comply with all OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and champion a culture of safety every day.
  • Communicate and collaborate with foremen and team members to exceed daily project expectations.
  • Complete thorough pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation.
  • Contribute to the growth of the team by assisting in the training of less experienced employees on equipment maintenance and safe practices.
  • Be ready to take on other tasks as needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
