About The Position

Crystal Clean (CC) is seeking dynamic individuals to join their expanding team as Oil Sales & Service Representatives (OSSR). This role involves driving sales and service, operating equipment to load and offload oil, ensuring safety, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficient with electronic devices, computers, and truck equipment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and Tanker Endorsement.
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds HCC’s published standards.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats.
  • Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
  • Ability to lift and handle hoses weighing up to 40lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders and handle physical tasks related to oil service.
  • Administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide top-notch service and boost the oil business through new and existing accounts.
  • Use hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, inspect vehicle and equipment, and minimize travel time with efficient route planning.
  • Develop strong customer connections, pursue additional service opportunities, and identify new business prospects.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain compliance with DOT requirements and company standards.
  • Provide sales and services of approved waste streams at HCC customer locations.
  • Deliver service to customers by pumping approved waste streams from customer containers into truck.
  • Assess potential customer needs, present HCC products and services to customers, and develop new customers.
  • Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
