Oil Sales and Service Representative
About The Position
Crystal Clean (CC) is seeking dynamic individuals to join their expanding team as Oil Sales & Service Representatives (OSSR). This role involves driving sales and service for the oil business through new and existing accounts, operating hoses and equipment to load/offload oil, ensuring safety by following guidelines and planning efficient routes, building strong customer connections, pursuing additional service opportunities, identifying new business prospects, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with DOT requirements and company standards. Requirements
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with electronic devices, computers, and truck equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds HCC’s published standards including, but not limited to; Seat belt and cell phone violations, Excessive speeding, DUI, suspension and/or multiple vehicle collisions
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats

Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Service: Engage with customers to provide top-notch service and boost our oil business through new and existing accounts.
- Operate with Precision: Use hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers.
- Ensure Safety: Follow all safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, and minimize travel time with efficient route planning.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong customer connections, pursue additional service opportunities, and identify new business prospects.
- Meet Goals: Achieve sales targets and maintain compliance with DOT requirements and company standards.
- Responsible for customer service and new business development in a certain geographic area as assigned by the Company
- Aligns work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
- Inspects vehicle and equipment for safe operation
- Delivers service to customers by pumping approved waste streams from customer containers into truck
- Pursues additional services with existing accounts
- Assesses potential customer needs, presents HCC products and services to customers, and develops new customers
- Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
- Maintains compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
- Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
