About The Position

The City of Spokane is seeking an experienced oil painting instructor for the Corbin Art Center to provide life-enriching art programs to the Spokane community. This role involves developing and delivering a diverse curriculum for beginning to intermediate students, focusing on acrylic painting techniques and fostering an inclusive learning environment. The instructor will guide students through painting fundamentals, encourage artistic exploration, and help them develop their unique creative voices.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to exercise proper care of equipment and facility
