Oil & Lube Manager
About The Position
Rydell Honda Nissan is seeking a Manager for our Oil & Lube department, also known as PDQ. The primary purpose of this position is to manage and oversee the PDQ department in the critical areas of financial management, guest experience, and performance of personnel. Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure all Team Members are in the right place at the right time during each scheduled shift
- Manage staff of Express Service Representatives (Advisors) and Technicians
- Manage and maintain a positive guest experience in PDQ
- Produce work schedule for all PDQ staff to ensure optimal coverage
- Monitor finances of PDQ including the annual budget and budget forecasting
- Build a team atmosphere with high morale
