About The Position
Wheeler is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Field Hand / Pumper to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with hands-on experience running wells, monitoring production, and maintaining lease operations.
Requirements
- Experience as a field hand, lease operator, or pumper preferred
- Knowledge of oilfield production equipment and well operations
- Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be local to the area
- Subject to random drug testing
Responsibilities
- Daily operation and monitoring of oil and gas wells
- Check tank levels, pressures, and production equipment
- Troubleshoot field issues and perform basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate production and lease records
- Identify and report mechanical or safety concerns
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and field personnel as needed
