About The Position

We are a leading home services provider and are looking for a responsible Oil Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will effectively deliver home heating oil promptly to our customers using tank trucks and/or tractor trailers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost effective manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction; delivering home heating oil to residential establishments. This is a seasonal Oil Delivery position which will start in fall (September or October) until the winter season permits.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid CDL Class A or B driver's license with Tank & HazMat endorsements
Ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy
Ability to meet all DOT requirements including road test and drug screen
Must be reliable, diligent, dependable
Ability to effectively utilize maps, locate addresses

Nice To Haves

TWIC card a plus
Oil delivery experience a plus

Responsibilities

Make routine deliveries to customer's homes and provide them with timely and safe oil deliveries.
Follow company policies and procedures to promote safety as well as DOT regulations.
Follow route and time schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
Complete logs and reports
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
