Oil Change Technician
About The Position
American Quick Lube is seeking dependable team members to join their service team in Wales, WI. This is a hands-on role with paid training and a clear path for advancement. The position offers full-time, consistent hours, paid hands-on training, and opportunities to advance to Senior Tech, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager. It is a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment where team members will perform oil changes and basic fluid services, replace filters, check and air tires, assist customers, explain services, process payments, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working on your feet
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to lift and move throughout the shift
- No prior automotive experience required
