About The Position

As an Oil Change Technician at Valvoline, you will receive comprehensive training to service cars step-by-step, provide world-class customer service, and learn to be part of and manage a team. The role also involves understanding the financial aspects of the business and training others. Valvoline is committed to internal promotion, with 90% of Service Center Managers having started as hourly Technicians, and provides the necessary training for career advancement based on skills and abilities. The company seeks individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
