About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic team members to join their family. They are looking for individuals who are people-oriented, self-motivated, and have a passion for working with cars. This role offers an opportunity to showcase skills and join a growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as training will be provided for tasks such as changing oil, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling tires, and performing other light maintenance services. The company emphasizes a 'Pit Tech to President' growth path, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. Successful lube technicians can earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. Many successful technicians joined with no prior experience, coming from diverse backgrounds like servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, and landscapers. The company provides paid training to help team members advance and become leaders who earn salaries and bonuses.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
