About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance services while delivering friendly, efficient customer service. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided to teach team members how to perform the work. The role offers pay of up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions, and opportunities to advance into leadership positions. Requirements

No prior experience is required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to safely position under cars.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather when necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Inspect and top off fluids.
Perform coolant exchanges.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform other light maintenance services, such as replacing wiper blades and air filters.
