About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic full-time crew members and lube techs to join their family. With a 'Pit Tech to President' growth path, Take 5 offers opportunities for advancement, with over 90% of their field leaders being internal promotions. This role involves performing oil changes, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling tires with air, and other light maintenance services. No experience is required as training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, work hard, and possess a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)

• Drain motor oil
