About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and light vehicle maintenance services while delivering friendly, efficient customer service. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training to teach team members how to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, inflate tires, and perform other light maintenance services. The role offers pay of up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions. Team members may have opportunities to advance, with more than 90% of Shop Managers having started as lube technicians. Requirements

No prior experience is required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to safely position under cars.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years of age, except the minimum age is over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.
