About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube technicians. No experience is required; the company provides training to perform oil changes and other light maintenance services, including replacing wiper blades and air filters and filling tires with air. The role is suited to people who are willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop. The position offers an opportunity to advance through the company, with paid training to support team members moving into leadership roles. Pay is up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions. Weekly bonuses and same-day access to earned wages through myFlexPay are available. Full-time and flexible schedules are offered. Requirements

No experience is required; training is provided.
Be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
Be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
Be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Be over 18 years of age, except that the minimum age is over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.
