About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is looking for friendly and energetic team members to join their family. They are seeking full-time crew members and lube techs with no experience required, as training will be provided. The role involves performing oil changes, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling tires with air, and other light maintenance services. The company emphasizes a 'Pit Tech to President' growth path, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. Successful lube technicians can earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. Many successful technicians joined with no prior experience, coming from diverse backgrounds such as servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, and landscapers.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
