About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to perform oil changes and other light maintenance services while providing excellent customer service. No prior experience is required; the company provides training. Team members can change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires with air, and perform other light maintenance work. The role offers pay of up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Requirements

No prior experience is required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude is required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years of age, except applicants over 16 may qualify in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Inspect and top off fluids.
Perform coolant exchanges.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform other light maintenance services, including replacing wiper blades and air filters and filling tires with air.
