About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance services while delivering excellent customer service. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided to teach team members how to perform the work. The role is described as part-time in the posting title, and full-time and flexible schedules are also mentioned as available. Compensation is up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions. Requirements

No prior experience required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years of age, except in the listed states where applicants may be over 16.

Responsibilities

Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Inspect and top off fluids.
Perform coolant exchanges.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform light maintenance services, including replacing wiper blades and air filters and filling tires with air.
