About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic team members to join their family. They offer a Pit Tech to President growth path, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. This role is for full-time crew members and lube techs, with no experience required as training will be provided. The position involves performing oil changes, replacing wiper blades/air filters, filling tires with air, and other light maintenance services. The company emphasizes a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Successful lube technicians can earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. Many successful technicians joined with no prior experience, coming from various backgrounds like servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trades. Paid training is provided to help team members advance and become leaders earning salaries and bonuses.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
