Oil Change Team Member - Shop#34 - 1715 Battleground Avenue
About The Position
Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as we provide training. This role involves performing oil changes, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling tires with air, and other light maintenance services. The company emphasizes a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hard work. There is a clear growth path with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions, starting from Pit Tech to President. Successful technicians often come from diverse backgrounds, including servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, and landscapers. Paid training is provided to help team members advance into leadership roles with salaries and bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop

Responsibilities
- Drain motor oil
- Change oil filter
- Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
- Inspect and top off fluids
- Perform coolant exchanges
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
- Maintain cleanliness of work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
