About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is looking for friendly and energetic team members to join their family. They are seeking individuals who are people persons, self-motivated, and love working with cars. This role offers an opportunity to showcase skills and join a growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as training will be provided for tasks such as changing oil, replacing wiper blades/air filters, filling tires with air, and performing other light maintenance services. The company emphasizes a 'Pit Tech to President' growth path, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. Successful lube technicians can earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. Many successful team members have come from diverse backgrounds including servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trades.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Willing to learn
Work hard
Bring a positive attitude to the shop
