About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic full-time crew members and lube techs to join their growing team. The company has been in business for over 35 years and prides itself on its friendly technicians, oil change expertise, and efficient process. They offer a growth path from Pit Tech to President, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. This role offers an opportunity to showcase skills and learn to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. No experience is required as training will be provided. The position offers up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, and opportunities for advancement into management roles with salaries and bonuses.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
