About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is looking for friendly and energetic team members to join their family. They offer a Pit Tech to President growth path, with over 90% of their field leaders being internal promotions. This role is an opportunity to showcase your skills and join a growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as training will be provided for tasks such as changing oil, replacing wiper blades/air filters, filling air in tires, and performing other light maintenance services. The ideal candidate needs to be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop. Successful lube technicians have joined the team with no prior experience, and many come from backgrounds such as servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers. The company emphasizes rapid advancement, with over 90% of Shop Managers starting as lube techs. They provide PAID TRAINING to help team members advance and become Take 5 leaders who earn salaries and bonuses.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
