About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training to teach team members to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires, and perform other light maintenance services. The role offers pay of up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions, and may provide a path to advancement into leadership roles. Full-time and flexible schedules are also mentioned as available across the company. Eligible full-time employees receive paid time off and health, vision, and dental insurance. Requirements

• No previous experience required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions when necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
