About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic team members to join their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity for crew members and lube techs with no experience required, as paid training will be provided. The company emphasizes a 'Pit Tech to President' growth path, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. Successful lube technicians have come from various backgrounds, including servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers. The role involves performing light maintenance services such as oil changes, replacing wiper blades and air filters, and filling tires, all while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
