About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic team members to join their family. They offer a Pit Tech to President growth path, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. This role is an opportunity to showcase skills and join a growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as training will be provided for oil changes, wiper blade/air filter replacement, tire pressure checks, and other light maintenance services. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude. Some of their most successful lube technicians joined with no prior experience, coming from backgrounds such as servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers. The company emphasizes rapid advancement, with over 90% of Shop Managers starting as lube techs. They provide paid training to help team members advance and become leaders earning salaries and bonuses.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
