About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic full-time crew members and lube techs to join their growing team. The company has been in business for over 35 years and prides itself on its efficient process, allowing customers to stay in their vehicles during oil changes. Take 5 offers a growth path from Pit Tech to President, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. This role provides an opportunity to showcase skills and learn light maintenance services.

Requirements

No experience required
Willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude
Able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
Able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
