About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to join its shop crew. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training to teach team members how to perform oil changes and other light maintenance services. The role suits people who enjoy working with cars, learning new skills, and providing customer service. The position offers base pay and commissions of up to $15 per hour, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under vehicles.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform holding, grasping, pulling, and turning activities for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions when necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, except in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming, where applicants must be over 16.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
