About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic full-time crew members and lube techs. The company has been in business for over 35 years and prides itself on friendly technicians, oil change expertise, and an efficient process that gets customers on their way safely and swiftly, all while they remain in their vehicles. Take 5 offers a "Pit Tech to President" growth path, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. This role offers an opportunity to showcase skills and join a growing team. No experience is required as training will be provided for tasks such as changing oil, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling tires, and performing other light maintenance services. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
