About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic full-time crew members and lube techs to join their growing team. No experience is required as training will be provided for oil changes, wiper blade/air filter replacement, tire inflation, and other light maintenance services. The company emphasizes a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hard work. There is a clear growth path from Pit Tech to President, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. Successful lube technicians have come from various backgrounds, including servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trades. Paid training is provided to help team members advance into leadership roles with salaries and bonuses.

Requirements

Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
