About The Position

Premier Radiology, a practice of Radiology Partners (RP), is seeking an OIC Trainer to make a local impact in the Greater Nashville, TN area. This role involves leading training and onboarding for new and existing teammates on patient access workflows, systems, processes, and role-specific responsibilities. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or outpatient imaging preferred
  • Experience with scheduling, eligibility, and prior authorization strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide on-on-one and group training
  • Previous experience training, onboarding, coaching, or supporting teammate development preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead training and onboarding for new and existing teammates on patient access workflows, systems, processes, and role-specific responsibilities
  • Assess training needs and develop training programs, materials, and resources in collaboration with leadership to support departmental goals and teammate success
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through quality reviews, performance trends, and leadership feedback, providing coaching and retraining as needed
  • Maintain and update training content, ensuring alignment with current systems, workflows, policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison across departments to identify process improvement opportunities, promote standardization, and support operational excellence and a positive patient experience
