Requirements
- Three (3) years of Press Operator experience, including UV press experience
- Demonstrated ability to make-ready the press
- Firm understanding of color matching
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the press in a safe and sound condition.
- Regular maintenance and up keep of the press, roller settings, and maintaining the quality of product being produced off the press.
- Following the plant processes and plant standard operating procedures.
- Maintenance as well as coaching and mentoring press crews.
