About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as an Offset Press Associate! We're looking for a motivated Offset Press Associate to join our Printing Operations team. If you're interested in printing technology, manufacturing, equipment operation, and building a long-term career in production, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with one of the world's leading trading card manufacturers. The Offset Press Associate assists with the setup, operation, and maintenance of offset printing equipment to support the production of high-quality printed products. This position works closely with experienced Offset Press Operators to help ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn printing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Offset printing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn printing processes and equipment operations.
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and production specifications.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with offset press setup, make-ready activities, and production preparation.
  • Review production schedules, job tickets, and specifications before production runs.
  • Support the operation of multi-color offset printing presses.
  • Load materials, inks, and plates required for production.
  • Verify paper stock specifications and material requirements.
  • Assist with quality checks throughout production.
  • Monitor feeder operations and support press performance.
  • Help maintain ink systems, fountain solutions, and production materials.
  • Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Record production data, inventory usage, and labor information within company systems.
  • Support troubleshooting of basic equipment and production issues.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
