Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of skills to carry out the insert tasks.
Knowledge of / and compliance with Safety Regulations.
Be dependable and have a good attendance record.
Be able to work overtime.
Be able to communicate in a professional manner with team members.
Self starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits; effective at working independently.
Perform tasks through to completion.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Inserting appropriate frames, wires, velcro, foam blocks, cloths, etc. into molds just prior to pouring foam.
May perform other jobs as required.
Responsible for production department housekeeping and to cover for absenteeism.
