About The Position

The Offline Sales Manager is responsible for driving company's products presence across physical retail channels in the United States. You will own the full offline sales pipeline — from identifying retail opportunities to pitching buyers, negotiating terms, managing distributors and sales reps, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring strong in-store sell-through. This is a crucial commercial role for someone who understands how to break into major retailers, build long-term relationships, and scale consumer electronics in brick-and-mortar environments.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, offline business development, or distribution management.
  • Proven track record securing listings in US retailers (big-box, specialty, or regional chains).
  • Strong network or experience working with buyers, distributors, and sales rep groups.
  • Hands-on experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or toys.
  • Excellent negotiation, pitching, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail economics: margins, co-op, returns, logistics.
  • Able to operate independently, manage a pipeline, and close deals.
  • Ability to travel for retailer meetings and events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience launching new hardware or innovative tech products.
  • Connections with reps covering Best Buy, Target, Walmart, GameStop, Micro Center, Costco, Sam's Club, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom or toy/gaming distributors.
  • Knowledge of US retail calendars, trade shows, and buyer cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Retail Expansion & Business Development Identify, prioritize, and approach key retail partners—from big-box chains to regional and niche stores.
  • Pitch the WOWCube to retail buyers, category managers, and merchandising teams.
  • Develop a structured retail expansion roadmap (national, regional, and specialty stores).
  • Distributor & Sales Rep Management Build and manage relationships with distributors, sales rep groups, and regional brokers.
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, buy-in quantities, and promotional allowances.
  • Ensure alignment on forecasts, inventory requirements, and retailer readiness.
  • Retailer & Buyer Relationship Management Maintain ongoing communication with retail buyers and category teams.
  • Coordinate product onboarding, listings, planograms, and merchandising requirements.
  • Track performance, reorder cycles, and manage sell-in and sell-through strategies.
  • Sales Operations & Execution Prepare sales materials, line sheets, sell-in decks, and retailer-specific proposals.
  • Manage POS materials, in-store displays, demo units, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support seasonal pushes (Black Friday, Back to School, Holiday Season, etc.) with retail marketing alignment.
  • Forecasting, Reporting & Insights Track KPIs across accounts: sell-in, sell-through, returns, margins, and velocity.
  • Build quarterly forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide insights to marketing, supply chain, and product teams on retailer feedback and customer behaviour.
  • Channel Strategy & Protection Support channel pricing discipline and coordinate with e-commerce.
  • Ensure retailer strategy aligns with brand positioning and profitability goals.
  • Prevent channel conflict and maintain healthy account segmentation.
