Requirements

Strong knowledge of mutual fund servicing
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and management at all levels
Organized
Able to manage multiple priorities
Think independently
Maintain direct client relationships
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
Good organizational skills
Good communication skills
3-5 Years of Accounting experience
5-7 Years of Managing a team
MCH and Excel knowledge

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with client personnel
Review and prepare client-related correspondence
Partner with internal teams on client deliverables, including financial statements and daily Net Asset Value calculations
Engage with clients regularly to address needs and questions
Maintain strong working relationships with client contacts, including investment professionals, auditors, lawyers, and banking personnel
Review and manage legal documents
Special client projects
Manage internal workflow and client deadlines
