About The Position

This position is within the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAIO) team, which leads and drives transformational AI efforts across STT’s processes and functions. The role involves partnering with business and technology teams to design and implement transformational AI across people, process, and technology. The incumbent will collaborate with technology teams, third parties, and stakeholders across various business teams, corporate functions, and regions to identify opportunities and design/implement transformational Artificial Intelligence using advanced tools and techniques.

Requirements

Exposure to strategy, product management, or portfolio support
Exposure to data platforms and data strategy, as well as AI/ML and Generative AI
Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work well with teams, particularly those spanning different reporting lines, functions, and geographies
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
1 - 3+ years of experience
Exposure to AI / automation technologies
Ability to build stakeholder networks, effective collaboration and partnership capabilities, and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Very strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and proven experience in working with large cross functional teams will be a plus

Business Process Re-Engineering – Workflow, AI & Process Automation experience (from current state thru target state and implantation).

Responsibilities

Support and partner with business leads to design, assess, and address strategic opportunities, from framing work plans to executing analyses.
Assist in identifying high-value opportunities by understanding client and business unit value drivers.
Translate strategy into clear product-aligned roadmaps that support the design of an end-state leveraging the latest AI offerings.
Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, functions, teams, and incumbent technology.
Support the rollout and deployment of “self-service” technology platforms to enable faster adoption of AI capabilities.
Anchor all phases of AI opportunity identification, including data and requirements gathering, baselining, root cause analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, and future state AI designs.
Evaluate the feasibility of technology MVPs and drive the AI strategy, including automation, AI, and ML across STT’s footprint.
Conduct core project management activities such as facilitating meetings, interviewing stakeholders, assisting with workshops, documenting findings, and creating stakeholder presentations.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to proactively support the CDAIO strategy and address key questions.
Create materials for future state socialization and execution, including strategy presentations, requirement diagrams, process flow diagrams, job aids, and POCs.
Ensure the delivery team's success and manage risks through consistent and proactive ownership of assigned responsibilities for standard work products, version control, model lifecycle, and Quality Control.
Engage with cross-functional colleagues to capture and express AI strategy execution and requirements & design in business services, contributing to a culture of precision, clarity, strong execution discipline, and high-quality output.
