Requirements

High school diploma
Two (2) years work experience

Nice To Haves

Business school or vocational training in the office administration field

Responsibilities

Maintaining an efficient and friendly office routine and environment.
Assisting staff.
Answering phones.
Greeting visitors.
Filing.
File reviews.
Computer work.
Special projects.
Maintaining confidentiality.
