Responsibilities

Print, sort, and review key reports, including warehouse receiving detail, inventory tracking, no-item movement, store clearance lists, inventory adjustment, and zero-markdowns. Review exception reports and take necessary action to support store operations.
Accurately and timely process AMP+ and BPM items and processes requiring D38 and D40 merchandise transfer reports.
Review and process receiving reports, including over three-day items, ADF and local items, optical scan exceptions, and markup/markdown reports. Support store direct deliveries and claims as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
Actively contribute to shrinkage prevention by ensuring proper processing of repaired and recalled merchandise, adherence to return procedures, and maintenance of key controls on the CUP checklist by reviewing all CUP documents.
Ensure compliance with key billing controls by ensuring timely payment for merchandise and services. Ensure compliance with key accounting controls by supporting ATM and self-checkout replenishment, daily fund collections, identification of cash variances, processing cash fund transfers, executing bank deposits, researching and disputing chargebacks, executing TRM procedures, and reconciling key daily accounts.
