About The Position

Our Wasilla, AK accounting team is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Office Support Assistant to help with document scanning, file organization, and light courier duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and contributing to a smooth running office. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and driving record compatible with Kendall Insurance companies
  • Able to sit or stand for periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Part-time availability during normal business hours

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable working with paper documents and basic office equipment (e.g. scanner, copier)
  • Familiarity with general office or clerical work
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail
  • Reliable and able to manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently with clear instructions

Responsibilities

  • Scan and digitize paper documents accurately and consistently
  • Organize physical and electronic files to support easy retrieval
  • Assist with general filing and records maintenance
  • Deliver and pick up documents or small items between the office and various locations in the Wasilla/Palmer area
  • Support basic office tasks such as sorting mail and assembling packets
  • Follow established procedures to ensure confidentiality and accuracy
