About The Position

This position reports to the Elections Technology & Systems Manager and the Election Operations Manager for daily assignments, updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention. All duties and tasks are performed under the supervision of one of the managers or their designates.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current Drivers License, good driving record, and reliable transportation is required.
• Some driving is required.
• Graduation from an accredited high school/GED program.
• Two (2) years of job-related experience or 30 hours of college or a combination of the two.
• Selectees must pass a criminal background check, driving record verification, and I-9 verification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a customer service environment or project management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
• Coordinate team meetings and events, prepare agendas and take notes.
• Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communications.
• Liaise with vendors, staff and the general public as needed, providing excellent customer service.
• Other office duties as assigned.
