About The Position

The Office Supervisor will be responsible for motivating and leading staff to promote teamwork and a customer service environment. This role involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with accident/incident reports, and supporting local management with training, scheduling, and staff evaluations. The supervisor will also assist with maintaining and cataloging equipment, uniforms, and supplies, reconciling daily bank reports and ticket logs, and monitoring facility conditions for safety and maintenance issues. Additionally, the supervisor may perform attendant or cashier duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
  • At least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
  • Motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
  • A roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
  • Trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
  • Self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.

Responsibilities

  • Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports.
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
  • Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
  • Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable.
  • Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable.
  • Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management.
  • Perform attendant, or cashier duties as needed.
