About The Position

The Supervisor, Office is responsible to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Office assigned. Supervises delegated department associates and is responsible for overseeing scheduling and timekeeping. Responsible for hiring and the onboarding process of designated area. Gathers necessary information on new associates or associates that need additional education or training. Provides training, supervision, and participates in the performance evaluations for associates assigned to them. Effectively researches, plans, and manages complex tasks and projects as assigned. Serves as resource for questions or problems that arise.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of administrative experience.
  • HS Diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Kronos Editing training within one month of hire or transfer.
  • Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position.
  • Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Lift 10 lbs. box overhead.
  • Lift and carry 15 lbs.
  • Push/pull 20 lbs. cart.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospital or Healthcare experience.
  • One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Project Management (PMP) Certification.
  • BLS
