About The Position
Join the dynamic team at Central Florida Therapy, where your role as a Part Time Office Staff will be anything but routine! Central Florida Therapy (CFT), Inc. believes in a relationship-based approach to enhance the development of children. Our therapy interventions favor a collaborative approach to therapy to empower children and reach their full potential. Whether treatment takes place in our clinic, at school or through teletherapy, parents and caregivers are encouraged to be active participants in their child's treatment. As a Part Time Office Staff at Central Florida Therapy, your role will involve engaging with families during check-in, providing a warm and friendly greeting that sets the tone for their visit. You will play a crucial part in our operations by looking up benefits and authorizations for current patients, you'll onboard new families, guiding them through our processes, while monitoring Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and processing payments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Drive, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with using electronic record-keeping system
- Quick learning ability

Responsibilities
- Engaging with families during check-in
