We are seeking an Office Specialist for Baptist San Jose Pediatrics in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift position, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The Office Specialist will provide business services to patients and the healthcare system, including patient registration, posting charges and payments, and managing telephone protocols. The ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking, people-oriented, focused, task-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a busy atmosphere. We are looking for an energetic team player who excels in a professional setting. This role offers a beautiful work environment with ample parking.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
Nice To Haves
- One-Two Years Front Desk Experience Preferred
- Experience Working in a Medical Office Preferred
