Office Specialist - Immunizations - Part Time - No Benefits
About The Position
The Utah County Health Department seeks to prevent avoidable disease and injury and promote health by monitoring the health of the community and assuring conditions in which people can be healthy. This is a Part Time position and does not include benefits. Preference may be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish. All applications received will be screened by the Human Resources office. Those applicants meeting the specified qualification and additional screening criteria will be referred for a hiring interview. The Human Resource Office will continue to consider qualified candidates as needed until the position is filled. Under general supervision of the assigned supervisor, performs a variety of clerical and secretarial support duties to expedite the day-to-day operations provided through various clinical and related nursing programs. Incumbents perform tasks of considerable difficulty, requiring some independent judgment, and may be assigned to various Nursing Division programs depending on need.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years of general clerical support work experience (for Office Specialist II).
- One (1) year of general clerical support work experience (for Office Specialist I).
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
