Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the department by greeting visitors with a friendly, approachable attitude, answering incoming calls, resolving inquiries, and providing assistance to the public.
  • Process customer payments accurately according to established protocols and perform daily payment reconciliations.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming daily mail and package deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of departmental cell phone lines, usage, and associated costs.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges as needed).
  • Review and manage central inbox daily. Categorize, prioritize, and route incoming correspondence to the appropriate team.
  • Monitor the Accounts Receivable aging schedule, prioritizing accounts that are past due.
  • Perform other clerical support duties as assigned.
