This role involves providing essential office services, primarily in reprographics, mail, and intake functions. The position requires utilizing appropriate logs for all work, ensuring job tickets are properly filled out, and performing tasks according to established procedures. The support staff will communicate with supervisors or clients regarding job or deadline issues, meet contracted deadlines for work completion and delivery, and troubleshoot basic equipment problems. A key responsibility includes performing Quality Assurance on their own work and the work of others. Additionally, the role involves loading machines with paper and toner, answering telephones and emails, placing service calls, and interacting with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically. Adherence to both Williams Lea and client site policies is mandatory, as is the cost-efficient use of equipment and supplies.
