About The Position

This is a customer-facing position supporting document services, hospitality needs, shipping and receiving, mail services, and general on-site operations. Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Requirements

Customer service experience with strong communication and telephone skills.
Professional, customer-facing, and hospitality-oriented approach.
Ability to stand and walk extensively throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Ability to drive when required, up to 5 miles.
Proficiency with MS Office and email systems.
Ability to work varying shifts, including 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Open availability is required, including weekends as workload requires.
Professional business appearance is required; business-appropriate clothing must be worn.

Responsibilities

Operate high-volume duplicating, copying, document imaging, and mail management equipment.
Perform copying, binding, finishing, document imaging, quality control, and final checks.
Operate document image handling software, MS Office, email, and document management systems.
Open, save, transfer, send, and retrieve PC files according to established protocols.
Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems.
Ship and receive products and supplies; sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, including postage.
Provide copier maintenance and assist with customer-site equipment service needs.
Assist guests with business needs and provide professional customer service.
Perform reception, call center, file services, housekeeping, and general building support duties as needed.
Support meeting-related activities and perform light maintenance and other site-support functions.
Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Drive up to 5 miles when required.
