The Office Services Specialist – Mail Services is an on-call position responsible for supporting mailroom operations as needed. This role is utilized to cover last-minute call-outs as well as planned absences such as vacations. Weekly hours may vary significantly based on operational needs and can range from 0 to 40 hours per week, with an average of approximately 8 hours per week. This position requires a high level of flexibility and availability, including the ability to respond to short-notice scheduling changes. There are no guaranteed hours, and work assignments are based entirely on business need.
